Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy is established in compliance with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) regulations and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

1. RIGHT TO RETURN

Customers have the right to return products within seven (7) days of receiving your order from the date of receipt for the following valid reasons:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product does not match the description on our website
  • Product is expired (if applicable)

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
  • Items listed as "sale" on the product page

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Be in original packaging with all original tags and labels attached
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or official receipt)

4. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are issued as store credit only (no cash refunds). Store credit can be applied to future purchases. 

5. EXCHANGE POLICY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Contact us at pablodylg@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.

6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return:

  1. Contact us via the contact information listed below, 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number or proof of purchase and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back to the location that will be provided in the email instruction once approved

7. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective/Wrong items: We will cover return shipping costs

8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Take photos of the product and packaging immediately
  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange for replacement or full refund including shipping costs
