SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING PARTNER
We partnered with J&T Express to deliver your orders safely and efficiently across the Philippines.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Metro Manila:
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
Provincial Areas (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao):
- Delivery times vary by location
- For specific delivery estimates to your area, please check the J&T shipping timeframe chart.
- You may also track your order using the tracking number provided once the order is confirmed or you may track it via J&T trajectory query.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed on the next Order Window days stated above
- Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
SELF PICK-UP OPTION
You may choose to pick up your order at our main branch opening this April 2026 at Ground Floor, Building A of Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Aseana Ave, Parañaque, Metro Manila. Don't miss out!
Pick-up Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays - 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Fridays to Sundays - 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you experience any delivery problems:
- Failed delivery attempts: J&T will attempt delivery 2-3 times. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- Damaged packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage immediately by contacting us at pablodylg@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to all areas within the Philippines serviced by J&T Express. Some remote areas may have extended delivery times.
